Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and popular payment methods.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please email us at support.frebah@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but our products are carefully packaged and make wonderful gifts as they are.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

How is my order packaged?
Every piece is individually wrapped with protective materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. We take extra care because we know how special each piece is.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage to support.frebah@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are issued as store credits, which are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Store credits can be used toward any future purchase on our store.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that! Please take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, then email them to support.frebah@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review your claim and get back to you promptly.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because they are handmade, slight variations in color, size, and texture are natural and make each piece truly one of a kind.

Are your ceramics food safe and microwave safe?
Most of our products are food safe and microwave safe. Please check the individual product description for specific care details.

How do I care for my ceramics?
Hand washing is recommended for most pieces to preserve the glaze and finish. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., placing a hot piece in cold water). For detailed care instructions, refer to each product listing.
