All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Frebah. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our handmade ceramic products as accurately as possible. However, as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, and finish are natural and part of the unique character of our products. These variations are not considered defects.

4. Shipping

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days. Free shipping is available on orders over $75. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged products. If your item arrives damaged, please email photographs to support.frebah@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
