We take great care in packaging every handmade ceramic piece to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Each item is individually wrapped in protective materials and cushioned to prevent any damage during transit.
Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Returns & Refunds
Since each piece is handcrafted with care, we only accept returns in the case of damaged products received during shipping.
How to Report a Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to support.frebah@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the email subject line.
Refund Policy
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued as store credits. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued and can be used toward any future purchase on our store.
Please note that slight variations in color, size, and texture are a natural characteristic of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@frebah.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged Items
Because our products are handmade ceramics, we understand that damage during shipping can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Handmade Nature of Products
Please note that each ceramic piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, size, and texture are natural and part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
