Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 12, 2025 


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on Frebah are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in the case of damaged goods as outlined below.


Damaged Goods — Only Exception

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival, we will review your case and offer a resolution.

To be eligible, you must:

  1. Email us at support.frebah@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your Order ID in the subject line or body of the email
  3. Attach clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging

Once we receive and review your submission, we will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.


What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Items reported after 3 days of delivery
  • Missing photos or Order ID in the claim email
